Notes
Ofwat leakage figures are reported for regulatory years running April to March and use the company-reported water balance. They are not directly comparable with international non-revenue water percentages, which use a different denominator (spec §41), nor with the French linear leakage index and network efficiency indicators Hydrionis now holds, which are normalised by network length rather than by property count.
