Your choice
Analytics is currently not yet chosen for this browser. One answer covers everything Hydrionis would send to: HEKNO Analytics, which HEKNO Ltd runs itself, and Google Analytics.
One answer covers both destinations. Declining stops measurement to each of them, and costs you nothing: every page, chart, dataset, download and API file behaves identically either way. There is no part of Hydrionis behind a consent wall.
If you want to be sure
Open your browser’s developer tools and look at the network tab and at storage. Before you answer, and after declining, nothing is written and no analytics request leaves — to Google or to HEKNO Ltd.
