Notes
Aqueduct outputs are modelled indicators, not measurements. Water stress in particular is a ratio of withdrawal to available supply and is highly sensitive to basin definition, so Hydrionis stores it with basis "modelled" and surfaces the sub-basin caveat on every ranking.
