Notes
Exposed through a Kisters KiWIS time series service, the same interface used by several other European hydrological agencies, which is why the Hydrionis adapter for it is written to be reusable rather than SEPA-specific. SEPA states the data is open under the Open Government Licence with no registration, requiring only attribution to SEPA. It is the licensed alternative to the National River Flow Archive, whose terms forbid the republication Hydrionis performs.
