Ingested in Sprint 8. Two things made Poland the strongest of the four European jurisdictions assessed this sprint. Every station names the watercourse it gauges, so Polish gauges join the water graph at ingestion in the way Sweden’s and Finland’s do. And it carries ice phenomena, a hydrological state Hydrionis holds nowhere else and the one that decides what a Polish winter water level means. The interface serves the latest reading per station and nothing older, so this runs in accumulate mode and Hydrionis becomes the archive of a snapshot the API does not keep — IMGW holds the real archive and releases it on request, which is a route worth taking rather than scraping. Each quantity carries its own measurement timestamp: level, discharge and temperature are read at different times and frequently on different days, and one station in the first sample carried a February discharge beside a same-morning level. Readings older than a fortnight are refused, because a rolling snapshot repeats a stale value indefinitely and storing it on every run would fill the record with one ancient point per station.
