Notes

Ingested in Sprint 7. Two properties made this worth building rather than another flag on the map. Syke computes the daily discharge itself, so Hydrionis stores the publisher’s own number rather than re-deriving a statistic under the same name. And every station record carries PaaVesalNimi, the main drainage basin — so Finnish gauges join the water graph at ingestion, in the way Sweden’s do and England’s do not. The archive carries per-value quality flags: a value flagged "!" (mahdollisesti virheellinen arvo, possibly erroneous) is refused, because Hydrionis cannot show a per-point flag on a chart and a doubted value plotted beside a trusted one is indistinguishable from it. Interpolated values are stored and described, on the same reasoning that keeps SMHI’s roughly-checked values: interpolation is a stated method, not a doubt, and removing it would punch holes in the middle of continuous records. Coordinates are published as degrees-minutes-seconds integers, not decimal degrees; read as decimals they would place Finnish gauges in the Indian Ocean.
