Gewässerkundlicher Dienst Bayern — Bavarian hydrological service
The Bavarian hydrological monitoring service: historical daily and fifteen-minute discharge, water level, water temperature and suspended sediment for the Bavarian gauging network, with records reaching back decades — the depth of German river history that the federal real-time service does not retain.

Notes
Assessed and not ingested. This is the strongest German river source Hydrionis has found on the merits — CC BY 4.0, commercially reusable, redistributable, and with the historical depth PEGELONLINE lacks — and it is withheld solely because its download flow is gated behind a consent form that an automated run cannot honestly complete. Recorded here so the gap is visible rather than silently absent. Ingestion becomes possible if the LfU exposes an unattended endpoint, or through a future explicitly authorised process that genuinely satisfies the stated access conditions.
